To enhance your existing coverage, select dentists have agreed to help students by providing savings on certain plan eligible services. You must present your CSA/GSA Care Card at each visit.

Claims can be submitted electronically directly to Great-West Life. Reimbursement for assigned claims will result in a cheque issued directly to the dental centre.

If the claim is not submitted electronically the dental centre should provide a standard dental claim form. You can visit or contact the Student Benefits Plan Office about submitting your claim.
