SU Care Card

The SU Care Card is a piece of identification that will ease access to your benefits.

The SU Care Card replaces the plastic pay direct drug cards and is downloadable instantly from this website. This multi-purpose card provides your policy information for submission of claims at the Pharmacy (prescription drugs). Contact information for the Student Benefits Plan Office is also provided. Students with access to the Internet will now be able to print off their own SU Care Card at anytime. Those students without Internet access can simply pick up a SU Care Card at the Student Benefits Plan Office.
