Documentation and other information pertaining to your benefit plans can be downloaded using the following links. Acrobat PDF files will require the Acrobat Reader software to be installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader is free and available from Adobe.

If you do not wish to download the Acrobat Reader and it is not installed on your system, you may also request copies of the following from the Students' Union Undergraduate Health and Dental Plan Office.
