Student Dental Plan
Select Dental Care Providers
The following dental providers have agreed to help students by providing savings on certain plan eligible dental services. You can make an appointment by contacting the dentist/office directly.
NOTE TO STUDENT: Dentists are not restricted to the fee guide the insurance company uses. Therefore, total coverage amount may differ, depending on the fees charged at each dental office.
If you need to cancel your dental appointment, 24 hours notice is expected. If you do not give 24 hours notice, the dental office may charge a fee which is not covered under the plan.
