To enhance your existing coverage, select dentists have agreed to help students by providing savings on certain plan eligible services. You must present your Kwantlen Student Association Benefits Card at each visit.

** Exam includes: diagnosis, x-rays, two units of scaling and one unit of polishing. One exam per 12 month period

Claims can be submitted electronically directly to Great-West Life. Reimbursement for assigned claims will result in a cheque issued directly to the dental centre.

If the claim is not submitted electronically the dental centre should provide a standard dental claim form. You can visit or contact the Benefits Plan Office about submitting your claim.
